To become fully realized means to know your strengths and weaknesses, to radiate confidence in the face of your fears, and to have a calm sense of control over your thoughts and emotions in the heat of the moment.
The path to becoming the type of performer you want to be can be filled with obstacles and setbacks but too often we aren't taught or shown how to work through them.
Through a person-centered approach, we can work together to develop a personalized plan and get you back to performing the way you want to, whether it's in the courtroom, on the soccer field, or on stage. It's time to realize your performance.

About Beny
Growing up in rural Wisconsin, Beny had a wide range of interests. When he wasn't adventuring through the Driftless, he was competing in football, basketball, cross country, track & field. His family was also very musical as all four of his siblings played an instrument. Following suit, he was a percussionist, cellist, and sang in his school's ensembles from as early as 12 years old. Upon graduating high school, he found himself heading to North Dakota as he was fortunate enough to continue his athletic career and play basketball at the University of Jamestown. After college, he began a career in sales working for companies ranging from small start-ups to the Fortune 500. His hobbies include improv comedy and playing bass in various groups around town, giving him the nuanced experience, language, and connection the musician's performance journey.
In all of these domains, he learned through setbacks, injuries, and obstacles that performers have to be self-aware of their thoughts and behaviors and become fully realized to perform at a high level. A basketball player has to be fully present and focused to make his free throws. A hospital's chief of staff has to be cognizant of her leadership and communication styles. A ballet dancer has to be able to cope with pre-performance anxiety by regulating her energy and emotions.
Beny's approach to applied sport psychology and mental skills training is simple: He meets people where they're at, and supports them where they want to be supported. You're in control of your journey and he's your co-pilot.

“Working with Beny provided the perfect balance of helping me be at my best so I could best serve the athletes I work with. He is extremely personable and open minded which opened the door to share some of the challenges I faced as well as challenges I noticed while working with others. I would recommend Beny to absolutely everyone whether you’re an athlete, coach or trainer. His dedication to helping others take care of their mental game has significant positive impact on and off the court!”
